What is your background and education?
Jack Loteryman was the principal and founder of Jack Loteryman, CPA, PC which opened its doors in 1988 to provide part-time accounting and tax services to a few select clients. Jack received his education in South Africa, Italy, and the United States. He is fluent in English, Italian, and Afrikaans and holds a conversational mastery of Spanish. Upon receiving his Certified Public Accountant certificate in Texas, Jack became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jack later merged with JTC CPAs in mid-2023.
What are your areas of expertise in the accounting/bookkeeping field?
Before hanging out his shingle, Jack held increasingly responsible positions in the industry from cost accountant to controller, Director of information systems, and Chief Financial Officer in organizations of various sizes ranging from start-ups to large established companies.
