What is your background and education?
Michael C. Flowers, CPA, boasts a distinguished career spanning over forty years in the field of public accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Accounting from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York. Graduating Magna Cum Laude, he achieved a commendable position within the top 10th percentile of his class.
Michael has worked for two of the Big Four CPA firms and is the founder of a CPA firm that was acquired after 39 years.

Michael’s expertise in the tax and accounting domain is both extensive and diverse. His professional journey has encompassed a wide range of clients, from emerging small businesses to larger, established entities. He possesses adeptness in management consulting, intricate income tax and estate tax planning, as well as retirement and financial planning matters. He’s also well-versed in matters related to incorporation, pension issues, and providing comprehensive assistance to startups and emerging businesses.
