I am currently attending school right now to get my general associate’s degree

This is the first time working at a CPA firm, but my general expertise is customer service and organizational skills

Nothing pertained to accounting, however I have received a lot of certifications in the healthcare industry.
What service are you passionate about in the accounting field?
I am passionate about customer service, and learning new things to better my knowledge.
